About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Utah and the state of Idaho. I have been practicing since 2010. I am EMDR certified and am passionate about treating trauma.

As a therapist, I value client wellness above all else. This means our work together will focus on more than alleviating your symptoms, we will work together to achieve your personal goals and enhance your quality of life and relationships.

I have a 500-hour Clinical Yoga Practitioner certification and utilize this skill set along with EMDR and other modalities to focus on the mind-body connection in mental health treatment.

Beyond trauma, my areas of focus include attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, and stress management. I have a history of working with individuals and families. I have also worked with several other diagnoses and would be happy to discuss questions and concerns that you may have to see if I would be the right fit for you.

Therapeutic modalities used include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Clinical Yoga Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

I earned a Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University in 2010. I attended Pepperdine University for my undergraduate education, where I earned a Bachelors in Psychology and a Bachelors in Sociology in 2007.
